Overview

The IC694ALG221 is a 4-channel Analog Current Input Module for GE Fanuc RX3i PACSystems, providing precise current measurement with selectable ranges of 4–20 mA or 0–20 mA.

• Input Range: 4–20 mA (default) or 0–20 mA

• Conversion Speed: 0.5 ms per channel (2 ms update for two channels per jumper)

• Input Filter Response: 325 Hz

Protection & Isolation

• Input Protection: Up to 200 V common-mode (reduced performance)

• Electrical Isolation: Optical isolation between field wiring and backplane

Power & Installation

• Power Consumption: 25 mA @ 5 VDC, 100 mA @ 24 VDC (isolated)

• Installation: Any RX3i I/O slot; requires external 24 VDC if on universal backplane, otherwise backplane provides power

• LED Status: Module OK indicator shows power functionality
