Overview

KC3021X1-BA1 is an Emerson DI Plus terminal block with 32 dry-contact digital input channels at 24 VDC.

• Local Bus Power: 12 VDC, 75 mA

• Bussed Field Power: 24 VDC, 30 mA

• Field Circuit: 24 VDC, 4.5 mA per channel

Operating Conditions

• Temperature Range: -40 °C to +70 °C

• Shock Rating: 10 g, half-sine, 11 ms

• Vibration: 1 mm peak-to-peak 2–13.2 Hz; 0.7 g 13.2–150 Hz

• Contaminant Resistance: ISA-S71.04–1985, Class G3

• Humidity: 5–95% non-condensing

Installation Guidelines

• Power must be removed before connecting or removing the device.

• Cannot be installed or removed while system power is on.

• Rotary keying ensures proper alignment with I/O cards; keys must match the I/O card.

• No user serviceable parts.

• Calibration not required.
