INICT13

Overview

The INICT13 is an ABB transfer module that links INFI-Net or Super Loop networks to host computers via RS232C or SCSI interfaces.

Communication

• Supported Networks: INFI-Net and Super Loop (Bailey INFI 90 DCS)

• Primary Interface: SCSI (recommended for host communication)

• Alternate Interface: RS232C (19,200 Baud) via NTPM01 termination unit

• Serial Ports: 2 × RS232C ports provided by NTPM01

System Configuration

• Module Role: INICT13 functions as a bus master

• Companion Module: INNIS21 acts as a slave module

• Communication Path: INICT13 and INNIS21 connect via expander bus

• Network Node: Together form a single node on the INFI-NET

Installation

• Slot Requirement: Occupies one slot in INFI 90 mounting unit

• Wiring Interface: NTPM01 provides physical wiring connections for the Driver and INICT13
