Overview

The T8110B TMR Processor utilizes a fault-tolerant TMR architecture with three processors, ensuring synchronization and application program execution.

Front Panel Features

• Indicator LEDs: Status and diagnostics
• Reset Button
• **Maintenance Enable Keyswitch
• Fault Containment Region: Diagnostics port, serial communications, IRIG-B interface

Fault Detection

• Processor FCRs: Motorola PowerPC processors with memory
• 2oo3 Voting: Fault detection and isolation
• Fault History: Recorded with LED annunciation for permanent faults

Power Supply

• Redundant +24V DC: From the controller chassis backplane

LED Indication

• Healthy:
  • Steady green: Healthy
  • Flashing red: Slice failed
• Active: Steady green in Active mode
• Standby:
  • Steady green: Standby mode
  • Flashing green: Change from Active
• Educated:
  • Steady green: Educated
  • Flashing green: Being Educated
  • Off: Not Educated
• Run:
  • Flashing green: Normal operation
  • Steady green: Standby
  • Off: Program stopped
• Inhibit: Flashing green when forced
• System Healthy:
  • Steady green: Healthy
  • Flashing red: Fault detected
  • Off: Illegal state
• User 1 & User 2: Red LEDs for software control
