MPC293

Overview

MPC293 is a Bachmann MPC200 series processor module with embedded Celeron/Pentium III architecture, supporting multiple memory types and industrial interfaces.

• CPU architecture: Celeron / Pentium III (embedded)

• Clock speeds: 400 / 650 / 700 / 933 MHz

• CF (mass storage): Without restriction

• nvRAM-0 (data memory): 512 KB SRAM, battery backed

• nvRAM-1 (data memory): 64 KB nvRAM, no battery required

• DRAM (working memory): 128 MB

• PC card (program memory): PCC201/xx with 32 / 64 MB FLASH

• Internal FLASH (program memory): 8 MB (4 MB reserved for system software)

Interfaces

• Serial: 1 × RS232 + 1 × RS232/422/485

• Ethernet: 2 × 10/100 Base-TX

• USB: 1 × USB

Power Supply

• External module: 5 V, ±15 V via backplane
