IC200PWB001B is a VersaMax Booster Carrier by GE Fanuc, used to mount an additional power supply that distributes power to I/O modules to its right or until another booster source is reached.

Functional Role

• Purpose: Supports an extra power supply to extend power distribution

• Power sharing: Shares power with CPU/NIU’s AC or DC supply

• LED indicators:

• PWR LED: Indicates booster supply is operating properly

• OK LED: Confirms proper operation of CPU/NIU and booster supply

Mounting Requirements

• DIN rail type: 7.5 mm × 35 mm, must be grounded for EMC protection

• DIN rail depth clearance: Fits into 70 mm deep compartments

• Rail finish: Must be unpainted for proper electrical contact

• Panel mounting: Recommended for high resistance to vibration and shock

Removal Instructions

• Unscrew and detach from DIN rail

• Remove adjacent carriers if needed due to side mating connectors

• Pull the latch tab outward and tilt for safe removal
