Overview

The PLC-5 1771-OFE is an analog output module for Allen-Bradley 1771 I/O chassis, supporting 4 individually isolated outputs with multiple voltage and current ranges.

Output Ranges

• Voltage Outputs: +1 to +5 V DC, -10 to +10 V DC, 0 to +10 V DC

• Current Outputs: +4 to +20 mA (5 V DC), 0 to +50 mA (12.5 V DC)

• Output Current Max: 10 mA per channel in voltage mode

• Digital Resolution: 12-bit (1 part in 4095)

• Output Capacitance: 0.01 µF (voltage), 0.022 µF (current)

• Output Impedance: <0.25 Ω (voltage), >1.5 MΩ (current)

• Max Loop Impedance: 1771-OFE2: 1200 Ω, 1771-OFE3: 400 Ω

Protection

• Overload Protection: Short-circuit protection up to 1 minute per output
