The MTL 4511 is a single-channel Switch/Proximity Detector Interface with line fault detection, designed for hazardous area applications including Zone 0 and Division 1 environments.

• Input/Output Behavior:

• Outputs closed if input > 2.1 mA (< 2 kΩ input circuit)

• Outputs open if input < 1.2 mA (> 10 kΩ input circuit)

• Hysteresis: 200 µA (650 Ω nominal)
