IC693BEM321 is an I/O LINK Master Module for the Series 90-30 PLC, enabling high-speed I/O data exchange between a master and up to 16 slave devices. It supports up to 1024 discrete inputs and outputs, offering seamless communication within the Fanuc I/O LINK system.
