Overview

EL3060 is an ABB EasyLine Continuous Gas Analyzer, designed for accurate and stable oxygen (O₂) measurement across a wide range of applications.

Stability

• Linearity deviation: ≤ 1 % of span

• Repeatability: ≤ 0.5 % of span

• Zero drift: ≤ 1 % of span per week (ranges Class 1–2: ≤ 3 % of span per week)

• Sensitivity drift: ≤ 1 % of measured value per week

• Output fluctuation (2σ): ≤ 0.2 % of span at electronic T90 = 5 sec (Class 1)

• Detection limit (4σ): ≤ 0.4 % of span at electronic T90 = 5 sec (Class 1)

Dynamic Response

• Warm-up time: ~30 min (without thermostat); ~2.5 h (with thermostat)

• 90% response time (T90): 2.5 sec (200 mm cell length, 60 l/h gas flow, electronic T90 = 0 sec)

• Smallest measurement range: 0–0.5 Vol.-% O₂

• Quantity & range limits: 2 measurement ranges, freely adjustable (factory-set 0–25/100 Vol.-% O₂ or per order)

• Suppressed zero-point ranges: Suppression ratio max. 1:10 (e.g. 19–21 Vol.-% O₂); pressure correction with sensor required

• Restriction: Measurement ranges within ignition limits cannot be provided
