Product Overview

The DS200TCQCG1A is a GE Mark V Analog I/O Expander Board designed to scale and condition additional analog signals from I/O cores in gas turbine control systems.

Hardware

• Jumpers: 1–16 for servo output current range; odd = source, even = feedback

• Additional Feedback: Jumpers 25–36 for servos 1–4 (+/- 240 mA max)

• RS232 Port: BJ17 for card testing

• Stall Timer: BJ21

• Oscillator: BJ22 for factory testing

• Proximity Transducer Supply: BJ18, BJ20

• Magnetic Pick-Up Gain: JP38, JP39

Connectivity

• Connectors: 19PL to STCA board, JE to TCQA board

• IONET Termination: Provided for optional 21> expansion

• Signal Types: LVDT, LVDR, mA input, pulse rate, liquid fuel flow, high-pressure shaft speed

Operation

• Signal Scaling & Conditioning: TCQC board processes input signals and writes to STCA or TCQA boards

• Communication: Exchanges generator and line signals with STCA board via JE connector
