MMS 6110

Overview

The MMS 6110 by Epro is a dual-channel shaft vibration monitor designed for reliable monitoring in industrial environments.

Input Characteristics

• Voltage Inputs:

• Two inputs, one for each channel

• Input range: 0...10 Volts

• Input resistance: >100 kOhm

• Resolution: 10 bit

Output Specifications

• Independent Voltage Outputs:

• One for each channel

• Proportional to DC part of the signal (shaft position)

• Open and short-circuit proof

• Nominal range: 0...10 V DC

• Permissible load: >10 kOhm

• Accuracy: ±1% of range

• Resolution: 12 bit

LED Indicators

• Green LEDs:

• Indicate "channel clear" for both channel 1 and channel 2

• Red LEDs:

• Indicate "alert" and "danger" for channel 1 and channel 2 separately

Environmental Conditions

• Permissible Relative Humidity: 5% to 95%, non-condensing

• Vibration:

• According to IEC 68-2, part 6

• Vibration amplitude: 0.15 mm (range 10-55 Hz)

• Vibration acceleration: 16.6 m/s² (range 55-150 Hz)
