Overview

A6370 is an overspeed protection monitor from Emerson Epro designed to interface with various sensor types and provide reliable speed monitoring and protection.

Sensor Voltage Supply

• Nominal Supply Voltage: -24.5 V ±1.5 V DC, short-circuit proof, galvanically separated

• Max. Current: 35 mA

Signal Input – Eddy Current & Hall Element Sensors

• Input Signal Voltage Range: 0 V to 26 V (±), protected against reverse polarity

• Limit Range: ±48 V

• Frequency Range: 0 to 20 kHz

• Input Resistance: Typical 100 kΩ

Signal Input – Magnetic (VR) Sensors

• Input Signal Voltage Range: Min. 1 Vpp, max. 30 V RMS

• Frequency Range: 0 to 20 kHz

• Input Resistance: Typical 18 kΩ

Digital Input (Backplane)

• Number of Inputs: 4, galvanically separated with common ground
