Front Panel Outputs

• Green LEDs: 2, indicates channel OK

• Yellow LEDs: 4, indicates alert and danger separately for each channel

• Buffered Outputs: 2, ±10 V, signal input level reduced by factor 0.15, >100 kΩ load, frequency range 0 Hz - 16 kHz (-3 dB)

• Mini DIN Socket: For configuration, parameter settings, and status monitoring (RS-232)

• Handle: Facilitates easy card removal and provides plate for module and sensor identification

Analysis

• Measurement Modes: Hot configurable

• Speed Measurement: Forward and reverse rotation with trigger wheel (1 - 255 trigger marks), max frequency 20 kHz

• Pulse Width Time Window: 5 - 10 msec

Key Pulse Detection

• Single Key Mark: Detectable with each channel

• Multiple Key Marks: Possible, but phase will change with each start-up

Zero Speed Monitor

• Detection: Detects zero speed of trigger wheel with 1 - 255 trigger marks

• Measurement Range: Time between two pulses in configurable range of 1 - 1700 seconds, forward or reverse

Combined Channel Use

• Direction Detection: Detects rotation direction of two trigger marks, with one phase shifted

• Speed Difference Detection: Measures the difference between the speed of two trigger wheels, adjustable in RPM
