NSD570 is an ABB Ethernet WAN Interface designed for high-speed, secure remote communication and command transmission.

Command Handling

• Simultaneous commands: Up to 4

• Configurable modes: Blocking, permissive, or direct tripping

• Boosting facility: Command signal power boosting, internal or external via contact signaling

Bandwidth & Frequency

• Programmable bandwidth: Yes

• Available frequencies: 120 / 240 / 360 / 480 / 960 / 1200 / 2400 / 2800 Hz

• Programmable center frequencies: 360 Hz to 3900 Hz in 60 Hz steps

• Transmission times: No need to set; adaptive signal processing ensures shortest times without compromising security

Remote Monitoring

• EOC (embedded operation channel): For remote monitoring/configuration and display of remote alarms

• Guard channel operation: Requires no additional bandwidth
