Overview

NIMF01 is an ABB multi-function controller termination module designed for reliable operation in Bailey Controls systems with versatile communication and stable power requirements.

Power Requirements

• Supply voltage: +24 VDC

• Current consumption: 160 mA max (LED consumes 10 mA)

Communication

• Ports: 2 × RS-232-C

• Serial link: For stations

Cable Specifications

• PVC insulation: UL Rating CL2, 80°C at 300 V

• Non-PVC insulation: UL Rating PLTC, 90°C at 300 V

Mounting

• Installation: Slides into a single slot in the termination mounting unit

Cooling

• Requirements: No cooling needed when used in Bailey Controls cabinets within environmental limits

Environmental Conditions

• Operating temperature: 0°C to 70°C (32°F to 158°F)

• Relative humidity: 5% to 90% (non-condensing) up to 70°C

• Altitude: Sea level to 3 km (1.86 mi)

• Air quality: Operate and store in a noncorrosive environment

Electromagnetic Interference

• Guideline: Values not available; keep cabinet doors closed

• Restriction: Do not use communication equipment within 2 meters of cabinet
