KJ3212X1-BK1 is a pulse count input module designed for Emerson’s DeltaV™ S-Series system, supporting high-speed digital pulse inputs for industrial applications.

Removal and Insertion

• Field power must be disconnected before removing or connecting the module.

• The module cannot be removed or inserted while system power is energized.

• A rotary keying system ensures correct pairing between I/O cards and terminal blocks.

Maintenance and Adjustment

• No user-serviceable parts; do not disassemble.

• Calibration is not required.
